Rebuild chips, edges, and deep dents with Big Boy Ultra Tough Metal Filler, a heavy duty two part compound for strong, lasting repairs. The dense, metal reinforced formula grips firmly to prepared steel and aluminium, it mixes smoothly with the hardener, spreads cleanly, and cures fast to a solid, drillable finish. Feather into surrounding paint without dragging, shape accurately, and get panels flat and ready for primer in less time.
Ideal for sills, wheel arches, door bottoms, tool marks, and general fabrication touch ups, also suitable for properly keyed fibreglass and previously painted surfaces. Apply in thin layers for best control, allow to gel, then sand with progressively finer grits for a crisp edge.
