Frequently Asked Questions

  • Use good quality masking tape and clean, dry surfaces before taping.
  • Seal tape edges with a light first pass to prevent bleed.
  • Spray light, even coats; aim the fan just off the masked edge rather than into it.
  • Remove tape carefully once the final coat has tacked off.
  • Switch our vari-nozzle between wide/narrow to suit the area and reduce overspray.

Aim for a mild, dry day with good airflow. Avoid very cold, hot or humid conditions, which can slow drying or cause defects. Always test on a small area first.

Yes—use the same colour/code and system (1K/2K) and test first. Blending on natural breaks (edges, trims, panels) helps hide any texture differences. Keep gloss level consistent for a uniform look.

  • Runs: Too much paint or spraying too close. Let it cure, then de-nib/flat and recoat lightly.
  • Orange peel: Heavy coats or poor conditions. Use lighter passes and maintain steady distance.
  • Dry spray: Too far away or windy. Move closer (within 15–25 cm) and improve airflow control.

Store upright in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Clear the nozzle after use with a short burst. For best results, use within 12 months.

Yes—tester pots are available on many colours. Check the Size selector for current options before you commit to larger quantities.

Please note: our paint is custom mixed and should be test-sprayed on a small, inconspicuous area before full application. We cannot accept responsibility for any colour difference once paint has been applied to your surfaces. If the colour is not accurate, please contact us to arrange a return.
