It locks in problem marks so they do not bleed through fresh paint, water stains, nicotine, smoke, marker, crayon, light tannin, and minor grease. The smooth film grips firmly to most common substrates, it levels small pores, and creates an even base that helps colour cover in fewer coats.
Use on new or previously painted surfaces, wood, MDF, plaster, drywall, and spot priming on bare metal with a suitable undercoat if required. Shake well, clean and degrease, lightly key glossy areas, then apply light coats with short flash times. Sand lightly once dry if you want a super smooth finish, overcoat with water based or solvent based topcoats.
