Boost adhesion and durability on plastic parts with 2K Plastic Primer, a two component system that grips difficult substrates and cures tough. Mixed with its hardener, it lays a thin, even film that bonds to PP, PP/EPDM, ABS, PVC, polycarbonate, GRP, and nylon when prepared correctly. The cured coat is flexible and resistant to solvents, a dependable base for primers, colour, and clear.
Degrease thoroughly, scuff with a non woven pad, remove dust, then mix to the specified ratio. Apply light coats with short flash times, allow full cure before sanding, or overcoat wet on wet where the data sheet allows. Ideal for bumpers, trims, mirror caps, spoilers, and interior plastics on cars, vans, and motorcycles.
