Yes, with proper preparation and the correct primer for each substrate. Use plastic adhesion primers for plastics/uPVC, metal or etch primers for metals, sealing/priming for wood, and dedicated primers for glass or fibreglass.

How much will I need (coverage & coats)?

As a guide, a 400 ml aerosol covers up to approximately 2 m² per coat on a smooth, primed surface. Most projects need 2–4 coats depending on colour, surface profile and what is being covered.

How long does it take to dry and fully cure?

For 1K, recoat after about 10–15 minutes; typical cure is around 30 minutes depending on conditions. For 2K, recoat after about 20–30 minutes; touch-dry is roughly 40 minutes and full cure is usually 24–48 hours.

Can I use it outdoors and will the colour fade?

Yes, provided correct preparation and priming. Add UV Protection to help maintain colour on sun-exposed surfaces and consider a High-Resistance package for coastal or high-wear areas.

RAL 1015 Light Ivory Aerosol Spray Paint forms part of the RAL Classic Aerosol Spray Paint Colour Chart. Each order is batch mixed to specification using premium Lechler binders and colourants, helping you achieve consistent colour across aerosols and tins.

Formats: 400 ml aerosols in 1K (ready to use) or 2K (with integrated hardener), 1 litre tins, plus touch-up pots and pens.
Finishes: Matt 0%, Satin 30%, Semi-gloss 60%, Full gloss 90% - choose the sheen that fits your application.

RAL 1015 Light Ivory Aerosol Spray Paint is a custom-mixed aerosol spray paint colour from our RAL Classic Aerosol Spray Paint chart. It’s supplied in 400 ml 1K or 2K aerosols (2K has a built-in hardener), litre tins, plus touch-up pots/pens. Choose finishes from Matt 0% to Full Gloss 90%.

Yes—prepare properly and use the right primer for each substrate:

Plastics/uPVC: use a plastic adhesion primer (see our plastic primer).
Metals: use metal/etch primers; protect bare steel promptly.
Wood: seal/prime to prevent absorption and improve adhesion.
Glass/Fibreglass: use dedicated glass/fibreglass primers.

2K aerosols include a hardener for superior chemical and abrasion resistance—ideal for high-traffic or demanding environments. 1K is convenient and great for lighter-duty tasks or quick repairs.

Note: 2K aerosols are supplied as Acrylic Enamel only.
