Description - 2 pack high solid polyacrylic primer, cromate free.
Use - Suitable as a sealer and primer in the car refinishing field. Specifically for complete panel repairs.
Characteristics - Easy to apply, quick drying, easy sanding, excellent body, very low absorption, high solid product.
Application - Spray with traditional or HVLP spray gun.
Mixing ratio - 04109 Green TI Filler - 1000ml
00327 Hardener - 200ml
740 thinner - 100 - 300ml
Drying Time - Low bake at 60C - 20-30 mins, Air dry at 20c - dust free 10mins
Sanding - dry sanding with 240-280 grit paper and finish with 360-400 grit paper.
wet sanding with 320-360 grit paper and finish with 500-600 grit paper.
By machine sanding, a disk sander of 152mm diameter and sanding dust suction are recommended.
