One Stop Aerosols – Returns Policy

1. Eligibility

Our paints and colour mixes are made to order. Returns are accepted only where a product is faulty or not as described. We do not accept returns for change of mind or where the correct product was supplied as ordered.

2. Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Once we have assessed the evidence, we will authorise a return if appropriate.

3. Returns window

You must notify us and arrange the return of any faulty item within 30 days of receiving your order.

4. Return method and shipping costs

  • Returns are by courier only. Do not use Royal Mail for aerosols.
  • You may arrange the courier yourself. Please pack goods securely in the original packaging where possible.
  • If we confirm a manufacturing fault, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and reimburse reasonable return postage against a receipt.

5. Proof of purchase

Include your order number and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with every return.

6. Inspection and refund timing

When your return arrives, we will inspect it promptly. If a fault is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 1–2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

7. Items we cannot accept

  • Used items that do not exhibit a manufacturing fault.
  • Items damaged by incorrect storage or handling, for example exposure to extreme heat or freezing.
  • Colour differences where the product matches the specification provided at the time of order, including RAL, BS, Pantone or custom codes you supplied.

8. Storage safety reminder

Store aerosols upright in a cool, dry place at roughly 18°C to 21°C. Avoid extreme heat and freezing temperatures.

9. How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, photos or video, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions and the correct carrier guidance for aerosols.
  3. Pack items securely and include proof of purchase in the parcel. Use a courier that accepts limited-quantity aerosols, following their guidelines.
