Engineered for professional results, BS 3-033 Aerosol Spray Paint from the BS 2660 Aerosol Spray Paint range is mixed to order for colour accuracy and durability.

  • 2K Option: 400ml cans with integrated hardener for higher chemical and abrasion resistance.
  • Finish control: Matt (0%) to Full Gloss (90%).
  • Additives: UV protection and high-resistance packages available on request.
  • Spray quality: Vari-nozzle for adjustable fan pattern and HVLP-like atomisation.

Formulated with Lechler binders/colourants for consistent film build and long-term performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

1K aerosol: touch-dry typically 15–30 minutes, handle-dry 30–60 minutes.

2K aerosol: touch-dry about 40 minutes, full cure 24–48 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Cooler or damp conditions will extend times.

Tip: Light coats and good ventilation speed things up. Avoid heavy passes that trap solvent.

As a guide, up to 2 m² per coat. Coverage varies with colour, surface profile, preparation and technique.

Tip: Keep the nozzle clean and maintain an even distance to maximise coverage.

Apply 2 to 4 light coats. Recoat within the recommended flash-off window shown in the product guidance.

Tip: Build film gradually for a uniform sheen and better durability.

Yes, we strongly recommend a suitable primer for most jobs. Match the primer to the substrate for best adhesion and durability, for example glass primers, fibreglass primers and plastic primers.

Tip: Degrease and abrade to a uniform key before priming.

Store upright in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid freezing. For best results, use within 12–24 months of purchase.

Tip: Test a small area if the can has been stored for a long period.
